To ensure our guests have a quality and consistent experience, there are a few rules and regulations in place to keep everyone safe, secure, and enjoying themselves! Please carefully read through our guidelines below.

Must be 21 Years or Older with valid Photo ID to enter and consume in the Lounge.
All cannabis products consumed in the Lounge must be purchased at SunnyTien and still sealed.
1. NJ Medical Patients are permitted to bring in NJ Medical Cannabis products that are in their original packaging, properly labeled, and with their NJMCP Card.
Accessories are provided for guests to use in the Lounge. Please be respectful. Any negligence or damage to our accessories will result in removal from the Lounge and barring from entry again.
Guests may bring in Food and Drink. Please be respectful and clean in the Lounge.
No Alcohol, Tobacco, or Nicotine products are permitted in the Lounge or anywhere on the property. Failure to abide will result in immediate removal and barred from entry again.
Guests must complete our Lounge Waiver to enter and consume in the Lounge.
SunnyTien reserves the right to not permit entry, cease consumption, or remove any guest from the Lounge for any reason at any point in time.
Memberships and Entry Fees:
1. There are no refunds for Memberships or Entry Fees.
2. Failure to comply with Guidelines will result in an immediate cancelation of Memberships or remaining time from an entrance fee purchase.
3. Memberships may include specific holidays, days, or unplanned closings that will result in no access to the Lounge. These days are not exempt from the Membership date range. E.g. If a guest purchases a Membership for the month of December, Christmas Day will not be deducted or refunded from the price of the Membership.
